4-Ingredient Fudgy Brownie Bites 💛

These might just be the easiest brownies you will ever make – and they’re surprisingly healthy too! These brownies are rich, fudgy and insanely delicious. The perfect sweet treat after dinner or with a handful of nuts as an afternoon snack. You’ll want to make these ASAP 👩🏻‍🍳

4-Ingredient Fudgy Brownies (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Flourless)

Makes about 16 small brownies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2/3 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional but recommended: 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups or choc chips

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a square pan with baking paper.
  2. Add bananas to a blender and blend (you can also mash well in a bowl).
  3. If you have a very strong blender (not a Nutribullet), add all other ingredients to the blender and blend – otherwise mix by hand in a bowl.
  4. Fold through peanut butter cups or choc chips if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the lined pan and bake for 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan completely before slicing into brownie squares.
