Creamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Creamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

This Creamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats dish is a delightful and nutritious way to start your day. Peanut butter is packed with protein and healthy fats, providing sustained energy and promoting satiety. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin E, magnesium, and potassium, which support heart health and muscle function.

Oats are a fantastic source of soluble fibre, particularly beta-glucan, which has been shown to help lower cholesterol levels and improve blood sugar control. Fibre is essential for a healthy gut microbiome, which is also key for our immune system.

By preparing these oats overnight, the flavours absorb and create a creamy, satisfying texture. Adding a variety of toppings like fresh fruits, nuts and seeds can further enhance the nutritional profile, providing an array of vitamins, minerals and additional fibre.

With oats, flax seeds, almonds and fruit, this is a simple way to pack plenty of fibre and plant-point goodness into your morning.
