DARK CHOCOLATE DISKS WITH NUTS & CRANBERRIES 🍫

These Dark Chocolate Disks are perfect for when you want a little something light and sweet. They’re beyond simple to make yet look so sophisticated, and they make a lovely gift too!

Have fun and get creative with the toppings – I like a mix of pistachios, cranberries and pomegranate seeds, but you could try orange zest, sesame seeds, flaked almonds or anything else you fancy!

DARK CHOCOLATE DISKS WITH NUTS & CRANBERRIES (Vegan Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 300g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp flaked sea salt

Method

  1. Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate over the stove or in 30-second increments in the microwave.
  3. Spoon one tablespoon rounds of melted chocolate over the baking sheets, spacing them apart. Use the back of a spoon to spread the disks out slightly.
  4. Sprinkle over a pinch of salt, then sprinkle your toppings and place in the fridge to set.
