Hi I’m Eli, a London-based nutrition student as well as recipe developer, food stylist and founder of the Instagram @brechernutrition. Having obtained a BA degree in French and Spanish, I went on to study a BSc in Human Nutrition to pursue my passion and study the subject in all its depth and will soon qualify as a Registered Nutritionist.
Having lived with Crohn’s Disease my whole life, I know exactly how it feels to be lost on your journey to finding the healthiest version of yourself. As a result of my own health battles, my mission is to help make nutrition less stressful for anyone struggling with autoimmune and digestive issues, while showing that healthy eating can be exciting and accessible for everyone.
My undeniable passion for both food and wellness mean I constantly daydream about indulgent new recipes to share with you on this platform. I focus on wholesome foods (all my recipes avoid gluten, dairy and refined sugar) that delight the senses and nourish the body.
I’ve worked alongside many leading brands and voices including Alpro, Waitrose and Missfits Nutrition – for collaborations and brand endorsements please click here or email me at email@example.com .
I hope that I am able to inspire you to get creative in the kitchen and discover just how delicious healthy eating can taste. Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram @brechernutrition if you recreate any of my recipes – I’d love to see!
This blog is intended to share my own recipes and views on health and wellbeing, and to provide educational information based on research as well as personal opinions. Although I am currently studying for an undergraduate nutrition degree to eventually becoming a Registered Nutritionist, I am not yet qualified in nutrition and so this should not be taken as medical advice.
While affiliate links may be embedded in my posts, I would never accept or recommend any products that I don’t completely love and that don’t fit with Brecher Nutrition’s ethos.
