About Me

Eli Brecher Nutrition

Hi I’m Eli Brecher, a London-based recipe developer, food stylist and founder of Brecher Nutrition and granola company Eli’s Granola. Having obtained a BA degree in French and Spanish, I went on to study a BSc in Human Nutrition to pursue my passion and study the subject in all its depth and will soon qualify as a Registered Nutritionist.

Having lived with Crohn’s Disease my whole life, I know exactly how it feels to be lost on your journey to finding the healthiest version of yourself. As a result of my own health battles, my mission is to help make nutrition less stressful for anyone struggling with autoimmune and digestive issues, while showing that healthy eating can be exciting and accessible for everyone.

My undeniable passion for both food and wellness mean I constantly daydream about indulgent new recipes to share with you on this platform. I focus on wholesome foods (all my recipes avoid gluten, dairy and refined sugar) that delight the senses and nourish the body. 

I’ve worked with many high profile health food manufacturers on today’s supermarket shelves, creating content for prominent brands such as Alpro and Waitrose, and have designed the menus at London’s top boutique fitness studios.
