Eli Brecher cereal and peanut butter

Welcome to my blog! I’m Eli, a 22-year-old student of French and Spanish from London. In a nutshell, I am a recipe developer, blogger, food stylist, photographer and creator of the Instagram @cerealandpeanutbutter.

I’m passionate about nutrition and wellbeing, and constantly daydream about delicious new recipes to share with you here. I focus on wholesome foods – all free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar – that delight the senses and nourish the body. Living with Crohn’s Disease from the age of 8 sparked my interest in healthy eating and inspired me to study a second degree in Human Nutrition for the next 4 years (to read more about my health journey and why I started my blog, read my interviews here and here).

This blog is intended to share my own recipes and views on health and wellbeing, and to provide educational information based on research as well as personal opinions. Although I will begin my 4-year degree training as a Registered Nutritionist later this year, I am currently not qualified in nutrition and so this should not be taken as medical advice.
