About Me

Eli Brecher blog cereal and peanut butter nutrition

Welcome to my blog! I’m Eli, a 23-year-old student of Human Nutrition from London. As well as a budding nutritionist-to-be, I am a recipe developer, blogger, food stylist and creator of the Instagram @brechernutrition. Having obtained a BA degree in French and Spanish, I went on to study a BSc in Human Nutrition to pursue my passion and study the subject in all its depth.

I constantly daydream about delicious new recipes to share with you on this platform. I focus on wholesome foods – all free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar – that delight the senses and nourish the body. My own health struggles from a young age sparked my interest in healthy eating and inspired me to train to eventually become a Registered Nutritionist (to read more about my health journey and why I started my blog, read my interviews here, here and here).

I’ve worked alongside many companies and brands that fit well with my blog – for collaborations and brand endorsements please click here or email me at elibrecher1@gmail.com .

I hope that I am able to inspire you to get creative in the kitchen and discover just how delicious healthy eating can taste. Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram @brechernutrition if you recreate any of my recipes – I’d love to see!

This blog is intended to share my own recipes and views on health and wellbeing, and to provide educational information based on research as well as personal opinions. Although I am currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, with the intention of eventually becoming a Registered Nutritionist, I am not yet qualified in nutrition and so this should not be taken as medical advice.

While affiliate links may be embedded in my posts, I would never accept or recommend any products that I don’t completely love and that don’t fit with Cereal And Peanut Butter’s ethos.
