About Me

Eli Brecher blog cereal and peanut butter nutrition

Welcome to my blog! I’m Eli, a 22-year-old student of Human Nutrition from London. As well as a budding nutritionist-to-be, I am a recipe developer, blogger, food stylist and creator of the Instagram @cerealandpeanutbutter. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish, I went on to study a second undergraduate degree to pursue my passion for nutrition and study the subject in all its depth.

I constantly daydream about delicious new recipes to share with you on this platform. I focus on wholesome foods – all free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar – that delight the senses and nourish the body. Living with Crohn’s Disease from the age of 8 sparked my interest in healthy eating and inspired me to train to eventually become a Registered Nutritionist (to read more about my health journey and why I started my blog, read my interviews here, here and here).

I’ve worked alongside many companies and brands that fit well with my blog – for collaborations and brand endorsements please click here or email me at elibrecher1@gmail.com .

I hope that I am able to inspire you to get creative in the kitchen and discover just how delicious healthy eating can taste. Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram @cerealandpeanutbutter if you recreate any of my recipes – I’d love to see!
