Welcome to my blog! I’m Eli, a 23-year-old student of Human Nutrition from London. As well as a budding nutritionist-to-be, I am a recipe developer, blogger, food stylist and creator of the Instagram @brechernutrition. Having obtained a BA degree in French and Spanish, I went on to study a BSc in Human Nutrition to pursue my passion and study the subject in all its depth.
I constantly daydream about delicious new recipes to share with you on this platform. I focus on wholesome foods – all free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar – that delight the senses and nourish the body. My own health struggles from a young age sparked my interest in healthy eating and inspired me to train to eventually become a Registered Nutritionist (to read more about my health journey and why I started my blog, read my interviews here, here and here).
