Eli Brecher Nutrition

Eli Brecher is a London-based recipe developer (Eli Brecher Nutrition) and founder of granola company Eli’s Granola. Eli is currently completing a BSc Nutrition degree and will soon qualify as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN).

Having lived with Crohn’s Disease all her life, Eli’s passion lies in helping people overcome autoimmune and digestive issues (through optimising nutrition and lifestyle), so that they can take back control of their health and live life to its fullest potential.

As a result of her own health battles, Eli’s mission is to help make nutrition less stressful for anyone struggling with gut health, while showing that healthy eating can be easy and exciting for everyone through her delicious recipes and her YouTube channel.

With an undeniable passion for both food and wellness, Eli focuses on wholesome foods that delight the senses and nourish the body. 

Eli has worked with many prominent food brands on the supermarket shelves, from Alpro to Waitrose, and has designed the menus at London’s top boutique fitness studios.

Eli also has her own line of delicious premium granolas, Eli’s Granola, which contains no wheat, dairy, refined sugar or artificial preservatives. She is also the author of an eBook – Begin With Breakfast: Recipes, Routines & Rituals.
